About mrC!
After spending 4 years teaching Biology, Astronomy, Integrated Science 1 & 2, and Health from 1997-2001 at Capistrano Valley High School as a Cougar, Mr. Cogan packed up his things into a plethora of Chiquita Banana boxes (thinking how appropriate!) and has moved on to seek the many treasures in a lonely canyon at one of the newest high schools in Orange County, Tesoro, home of the Titans. Mr. Cogan presently teaches Biology and Integrated Freshman Science at Tesoro High School in Room 403 until the new science wing is built. Born on October 25, 1969 in San Gabriel, CA (about an hour from Chiquita Canyon /Las Flores), to two educator parents, Mr. Cogan grew up in Hacienda Heights, CA. By the time he graduated from Glen A. Wilson High School in 1987, he had sang in his high school concert choir for 3 years and had been a JV and Varsity swimmer for 3 years as well. Fourteen years, 3 colleges, 2 degrees, 7 residences, and 15 roommates later he now lives in Aliso Viejo with his fiance' and daughter to be. He plans to get married August, 2002. Mr. cogan has also been an avid cyclist, snow skier, and guitar player. His favorite guitar song to play and sing is Good Riddence (Time of Your Life) by Green Day. He has also been a long time U2 fan.
